The Guest House is a three story, 47 room, 71 bed facility (23 rooms with king beds and 24 rooms with 2 ex-long double beds). All rooms have a flat screen satellite TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, iron & ironing board, and hair dryer. Maximum occupancy for rooms with two double beds is two people; rooms with a king bed, is also two people.

ORNL Guest House rates are as follows:
Standard Rate – $107 per night plus tax – The GSA rate for Oak Ridge is available to all guests, with or without government ID.
Academic Rate – $102 per night plus tax – Available for stays of 4 or more nights by students and faculty of colleges and universities, and high school teachers/administrators. Reserve your room at the Standard Rate and request the Academic Rate at check-in (college/university ID required).
Extended Stay Rate – $97 per night plus tax – Available for stays of 30 or more consecutive nights. Extended stay rate is tax-free after 30 consecutive nights. Call to reserve your room at the Extended Stay Rate. Full payment by credit card is required in advance. If your stay fails to extend to the full 30 days, the rate will revert to the Standard Rate for your actual stay. If you cancel your reservation prior to 6 p.m. on the day of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full to the credit card used. Any cancellation received after 6 p.m. will be subject to one night’s lodging plus taxes.
Important Reservation Notice – Please note that when making your reservation you SHOULD report the total number of guests (including name and address for each person) staying in the room. Failure to do so, could result in the unavailability of a room with the appropriate number of beds. Enter this information in the Special Requirements field on the reservations page.
Cancellation Policy: Guests must cancel by 3 pm, hotel local time, at least 24 hours prior to reservation arrival date to avoid a penalty charge of one (1) night plus tax.
